Maybe you were Googling how to shift the stubborn winter weight. Maybe you were checking your team’s form now the season’s getting serious. Or maybe—just maybe—you were mindlessly scrolling, dodging the guilt of another skipped workout.


But something brought you here.

Maybe a mate mentioned me (buy him a pint—of green juice of course). Or maybe you caught a glimpse of the challenge and thought, why not?

Whatever the reason, you’re here. And that matters.

Because if you’re anything like most dads I know, you’re knackered, hiding in the loo for a few minutes of peace, and wondering when the hell your body started to look like it belongs to someone else.

So, I’ll keep it short.

In Ireland, 66% of men are overweight or obese (Irish Times, '22).

Most people are not winning the war against obesity.

And that's what it is, a war.

The enemy is ultra processed foods, conveniences that keep us sedentary and a lifestyle that robs us of our sleep.

In any war, you wouldn't go into battle alone. You would assemble a squadron.

Being a middle-aged dad can be isolating enough.

"No BIG DEAL."

Since you've scrolled this far down, you might be thinking:

"Dads are suppose to have a dadbod".

"A bit of middle age spread is normal".

Well, unfortunately, that's not the case.

It's this simple: the greater your waist measurement, the higher your health risks.

Belly fat is a serious problem.

And it's just the tip of the iceberg.

50 - 55% of men between 40 and 70 years old suffer from erectile dysfunction (British Association of Urological Surgeons, '24).

Belly fat causes high blood pressure and these excess fat cells produce extra unwanted estrogen for men.

This can lead to low testosterone, ED and heart disease - the number one killer of middle-aged men (World Health Organization, '21).

The good news is, you don't need to do hours of cardio, eat like a rabbit or go keto to burn belly fat. In fact, do all those things and you'll never lose weight.

Why is it €10?

If something is free we don't value it. If it's too expensive, we won't buy it. But if you have some skin in the game, you're more likely to take action and stick with the process. After all, it only works if you do the work.

Is there an age limit?

You need to be over 18. Dads, grandads, great grandads are all welcome on this course! I've helped men of all ages. It's never too late and you're never too old. Start now.

Who is this course for?

This course is made by dads for dads. I've worked closely with a group of fathers for many months to develop a program that works for us. Dads are tired, busy and don't have the luxury of being able to spend hours in the gym every week. Unlike single lads with no dependents, we can't go on extreme diets or measure every gram of food we eat. It's not realistic or sustainable. We need a simple system that we can easily follow every week that will allow us to spend as little time in the gym as possible, to enjoy our food with our family and get the results we need - more muscle, less fat and tons of energy!

Do I have to go on a diet?

No. Diets are not sustainable. In the 10 Day Fit Dad Challenge you'll learn how to understand portions and balancing food simply using the palm of your hand! No weighing scales needed, no massive restrictions and absolutely no counting calories.

What if I don't have access to a gym?

Good news, you don't need it! You can complete the 10 Day Fit Dad Challenge from the comfort of your own home. No gym equipment needed.

What if I'm too busy over those 10 days?

The majority of our members are in very similar situations so I totally get it. You can consume the content in your own time. Each video and module will be between 2-5 minutes long and you'll have a whole 24 hours in which to complete the task for that day.

I'm a complete beginner. Can you still help me?

The 10 Day Fit Dad Challenge is tailored to all levels - be that complete beginners or people who are just a bit rusty! I'll help you no matter your age, shape or size. It doesn’t matter about you current level of fitness, the only thing that counts is your desire to change and be better for you and your family.

What if I have an injury or restricted movement?

Dads, especially as we age, tend to pick up the odd knock here and there. Whether it be an old knee injury from football, a dodgy back from lifting our toddler out of their car seat or just general wear and tear - none of us are perfect. Whatever your situation, you'll be given the right options for you to get the most out of the 10 days.

Take stock. We need to evaluate how we're eating. How we fuel ourselves determines how we perform in life.

Ageing is inevitable, weakness is not. No matter your shape, size or age you can get stronger once you know how.

Be around to see your kids grow up. Falling can be a death sentence for us as we age. Learn how to stand strong.

Injuries are preventable. Bad back, dodgy knees, achy shoulders? All fixable with the right routines.
